UMass Chan Project Management Level 2 - Developing Learner

A critical element to successful project management is the management of relationships. Often, the members of a project team are not the direct reports of the project leader. Building skills to effectively manage through influence is key to keeping projects on track and on time. Throughout this program, participants will focus on the domain of people such as building a team, collaborating with stakeholders, discussing project responsibilities within teams, and managing conflict.  This program is delivered in three parts. Individuals will need to complete the three tracks in the order as presented. To start, participants will attend the first live Zoom session (Track 1). After attending the first live session, participants will take OnDemand courses (Track 2). Lastly, participants will attend the second live Zoom session (Track 3).  Prior to attending the second live Zoom session, participants will be sent a case study that will be used during group discussion.  Participants will earn a digital badge for each track completed.  To earn a certificate and journey digital badge, particpants must attend both live Zoom sessions and complete the OnDemand courses.
